On 9^th, January 2026, Class IV students of Ramadevi Public School visited the Nehru Zoological Park in Hyderabad in their school buses, and it was truly an experience to cherish!They started from school at 9:30 am, bubbling with excitement and curiosity about what the day held for them.

They began their zoo adventure at the Aquarium, where they were mesmerized by colorful fish swimming amidst coral reefs and underwater wonders! They saw species like angelfish, clownfish.

Next, they saw hippos chilling in the water, rhinos grazing in their enclosure, leopards lounging in the trees and spotted so many wild animals! They were thrilled but got pretty tired from walking around. Just when they thought they couldn't walk anymore, they heard "Next stop: Toy Train Ride!" and their faces lit up!

They jumped on the train and had a blast! Singing songs, enjoying the breeze, and waving at animals as they chugged along. The train ride was perfect to unwind and have fun! After the train ride, they had yummy lunch in the zoo's garden area . Eating amidst nature, surrounded by trees and chirping birds - it was a delight!

Then they went to see the crocodiles and alligators. The students were shocked to see them crocodiles opening their mouths wide like "RAAAWRR!" They also spotted birds like parrots, peacocks, ostriches, emus and hornbills in the aviary.

They learned a lot about wildlife and conservation efforts. As the day drew to a close, they left the zoo with huge smiles, already planning their next visit. It was a fantastic field trip cum picnic - a memorable "No Bag Day"!
