"Rama Devi School celebrated Children's Day on 14th November, which was also observed as “No bag day”. The day unfolded with a vibrant mix of creativity, fun, and learning, leaving the students buzzing with excitement.
The day commenced with a special assembly by teachers that was conducted by each class separately in their unique way. The program in general started with a prayer, followed by a short message about Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, highlighting his love for children and his contributions to the nation, and then the assembly continued with

The teachers presented an energetic action song on Children’s Day which got everyone on their feet. After the song, the teachers performed an energetic dance, which added joy and liveliness to the celebration.
The celebration concluded with a grand prize distribution ceremony. The students who participated in the Rangotsav Art competition were honored for their exceptional talent. The winners were awarded gold, silver, and bronze medals, while others received art merit awards and consolation prizes. The ceremony was a wonderful way to recognize and encourage the students' creative endeavors, leaving them motivated and inspired. The assembly concluded respectfully with the National Anthem.
The children had participated in Handwriting, Drawing and colouring competitions which boosted their creativity, fine motor skills and discipline. They decorated their respective classrooms with their hand made art and craft works.
Overall, No-Bag Day was a joyful, interactive, and memorable experience for all the students, filled with learning, fun and celebrations.
We are thankful to our Principal Mrs. Qamar Sultana and Primary Academic Coordinator Mrs. Lavanya Latha for their support in making this event a memorable one. These activities brought immense joy to the children and provided a wonderful platform for teachers to showcase their talents.
