"Mathematics transcends mere numbers, equations, and computations – it's truly about understanding. To honour the legendary mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan on his birth anniversary, Ramadevi Public School orchestrated a vibrant Mathematics Week from December 22nd to 31st, 2025.

This immersive week-long celebration sparked exploration, appreciation, and a deeper grasp of mathematics, nurturing critical thinking, curiosity, and problem-solving skills in our students. It boosted their confidence in tackling mathematical challenges and highlighted math's relevance in various fields.

The festivities included a range of engaging competitions and activities for classes 1-5:

1. - Math Art: Creating colourful masterpieces using mathematical signs, symbols, and numbers.
2. - Math Bee
3. - Math Poem Recitation
4. - Math JAM
5. - Math Quiz
6. - Super Challenge Puzzles

Soft boards fluted with inspiring math quotes and charts added to the festive atmosphere. Students dived into these events with enthusiasm, showcasing their talents.

A special assembly on December 31st, 2025 – kicked off with a thought-provoking math quote, followed by a speech on significance of National Mathematics Day. The tiny tots of classes 1-2 charmed everyone with shape-themed poems. Master Shashivardhan Reddy of class 2, presented his mathematical skills. The assembly's highlights included a soulful song on Ramanujan's legacy and an energetic dance performance showcasing math symbols and angles.

The event proceeded with inspiring words from our respected principal Mrs. Qamar Sulthana, and Head of Mathematics department, Mrs. Hemalatha.

The event culminated with prize distribution ceremony, where our Principal ma’am, and HOD ma’am, honoured the winners.
