Children’s day is a special occasion dedicated to celebrate the innocence, joy and potential of children. The preparation began a week earlier and the school was beautifully decorated with posters. The day began with cheerful welcome. Conducted handwriting competition and students prepared greeting cards. The special assembly started with school prayer and thought of the day, including a lovely and welcome speech about Chacha Nehru and his affection for children, welcome Chacha Nehru on the dias. The cultural show was the main attraction where one of the teachers read humorous news, followed by mimicry, students were very much excited. Choir song by the teachers and a humorous skit by the telugu faculty had left everyone laughing. The teachers surprised the students with a dance performance and continued with puppet show by the teachers. The winners of Cultivating Art Competition were honoured. The kindergarten children enjoyed fun and energetic outdoor activities. They participated in various games like hoola loop pass game, hitting the cups and bowling play race games. Children enjoyed free play with their friends. The entire celebration aimed to bring joy to students and remind them to their importance in shaping the future of the nation. The Children of Class 1 and 2 enjoyed various games conducted by the class teachers. The event concluded successfully and left the students with beautiful memories.
