The Faculty Development Program was designed to enhance pedagogical practices, strengthen professional competencies, and equip educators with innovative strategies to meet the evolving needs of learners.

Day 1: Maximizing Teachers' Potential
The session focused on empowering educators to recognize their strengths, embrace continuous learning, and enhance their professional effectiveness. Participants reflected on personal growth, leadership, and the pursuit of excellence in teaching.

Day 2: Transforming Classrooms through Competency-Based & Interdisciplinary Teaching
Teachers explored learner-centric approaches that promote competency development, critical thinking, and interdisciplinary connections, making learning more meaningful and relevant.

Recognition of Academic Excellence
As part of the valedictory programme, departments were recognized for their outstanding performance in the Board Examinations. The English Department emerged as the top-performing core subject with an aggregate of 188.78, followed by History & Civics (187.22) and Geography (183.65). In the Language and Optional category, Telugu secured an aggregate of 195.88, while Home Science achieved an exceptional aggregate of 216.

The institution also celebrated remarkable centum achievements, with History & Civics securing 13 centums, Home Science 5 centums, and Mathematics and Literature in English securing one centum each.

Mementos were presented to the best-performing departments in recognition of their dedication, hard work, and commitment to academic excellence. Their achievements serve as an inspiration to the entire faculty community as we embark on the Academic Year 2026–27.

Day 3: Nurturing Minds, Building Futures – Strategies for Student Well-being
The session emphasized the importance of fostering students' emotional, social, and psychological well-being, enabling teachers to create supportive and nurturing learning environments.

Additional Session: Transforming Classrooms through Competency-Based & Interdisciplinary Teaching
Participants gained practical insights into implementing competency-based learning and interdisciplinary teaching strategies effectively in the classroom.

Day 4: From Marks to Mastery
The focus was on shifting from examination-oriented learning to mastery-based learning, encouraging deeper understanding, continuous improvement, and meaningful assessment practices.

Day 5: Targeted Concept Teaching & The Transforming Power of Storytelling
Teachers learned strategies for addressing learning gaps through focused instruction and discovered how storytelling can enhance engagement, understanding, and retention across subjects.

Day 6: Gen Z to Gen Alpha
This session provided insights into the characteristics and learning preferences of modern learners, helping teachers adapt their instructional approaches to future-ready classrooms.

Day 7: Important School Instructions & Three Pillars of School Excellence
The session reinforced institutional expectations and highlighted the significance of Academic Excellence, Administrative Excellence, and Behavioral Excellence in achieving organizational goals.

Day 8: Inclusive Classroom
Teachers explored strategies for creating equitable and inclusive learning environments that support the diverse needs and abilities of all students.

Day 9: Teacher and Their Mastery
The concluding session encouraged educators to pursue continuous professional growth, reflective practice, and lifelong learning on their journey toward teaching mastery.

Overall Outcome
The FDP provided a valuable platform for professional enrichment, pedagogical innovation, and collaborative learning. It empowered educators with contemporary teaching practices, strengthened their commitment to student success, and reinforced the shared vision of educational excellence.
