Ramadevi Public School celebrated Children’s Day with exceptional warmth and enthusiasm through SHINE 2025 – Students Having Inspiring and Nurturing Experiences. What made this year’s celebration remarkable was that every programme item was prepared and performed exclusively by the teachers, offering a heartfelt tribute to the students of Classes 8, 9 and 10.
The programme commenced with the assembling of participants, efficiently coordinated by the Class Coordinators and the PET Department. Their timely organisation ensured that students settled comfortably, marking a smooth beginning to the morning.
A solemn Prayer led by Mrs. Qamar Sultana, Principal, set a serene tone for the celebration. The School Choir, guided by Mr. Pavan Kumar and House Master Yamuna, presented warm Birthday Wishes, adding a joyful touch to the event.
Mrs. Poojitha, Academic Coordinator – High School, delivered the Welcome Note, highlighting the essence of SHINE 2025 and applauding the teaching faculty for offering this day as a token of love to their students.
The reflective Thought of the Day was shared by Mrs. R. Vydehi, followed by the News Presentation by Mrs. Shashi Rekha, House Master – Kaveri. The School Counsellor, Mrs. K. Vijaya Lakshmi, delivered an impactful speech titled “Shine Like a Star”, encouraging students to recognise and nurture their inner potential.
The cultural sequence showcased the versatility and dedication of the teachers:
Welcome Dance – “Swagatham Swella Jati”
Performed by Mrs. T. Chudamani herself, the dance captivated the audience with its elegance, rhythm and expressive grace.
“Never Give Up” – Motivational Song
Teachers of Classes 8, 9 and 10 joined together under the guidance of Mrs. Suneela G, HOD – English, to
deliver a spirited performance encouraging resilience and determination.

An interactive and intellectually engaging activity conducted by Mrs. Padmaja P.B, I/C Exam Department.
Padaakshari – Song
A lively musical segment presented by Mrs. Pushpanjali Devi (Hindi HOD), Mrs. Manjula (Telugu HOD) and
teachers of Classes 8, 9 and 10, bringing cultural vibrance to the programme.
Masthi Ki Pathshala – Dance
A cheerful and high-energy dance performance by the teachers of Classes 8, 9 and 10, coordinated by Mrs.
Hemalatha, Class Coordinator – Class 10.
Outstanding Skills – Skit
A creative and entertaining skit conceptualized and coordinated by Mrs. Poojitha, highlighting humour,
values and teamwork.
Memorable Moments of Ramadevians – PPT
A nostalgic visual presentation prepared by Mrs. Himabindu (Class Teacher – 10E) and Mr. Praveen Reddy
(Computer Instructor), showcasing cherished memories and highlights from student life.
RPS Squad – Dance Performance
Following the PPT, the stage lit up again with a vibrant and power-packed performance by the RPS Squad.
This dance was in-charge under the leadership of Mr. Pavan, Mr. Venkat, and the remaining male staff. Their dynamic choreography, coordination and high-energy moves brought a lively spark to the programme and showcased the spirit and unity of the RPS teaching fraternity.
The programme then continued with the Keynote Address by Dr. Ravi Chandra Sekhar, Trustee – Ramadevi Trust, whose words encouraged students to dream ambitiously and pursue excellence.
The Principal’s Remarks by Mrs. Qamar Sultana expressed appreciation for the teachers’ wholehearted participation and reminded students of the importance of gratitude, discipline and sincerity.
The event concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks by Mrs. B. Vijayalaxmi, Academic Coordinator – Middle School, acknowledging the performers, organisers, PET staff and the RPS Squad for their contributions.
The celebration ended with the singing of the National Anthem.
SHINE 2025 stood as a shining example of the teachers’ affection, creativity and dedication. Their performances, combined with the support of the RPS Squad, made this Children’s Day a truly memorable and meaningful experience for every student.
