The Class III Orientation Programme for the academic year 2026–27 was conducted on 19th June 2026 in the Assembly Hall. The programme was organized to help students understand the school environment, rules, facilities, and the various opportunities available to support their overall development.
The event began with the assembling of students, followed by a warm welcome address by the Academic Coordinator, Mrs Lavanya Latha M. The students were introduced to the school's values and positive learning environment through the session “Our School, Our Happy Place”. A talk on “Discipline Today, Success Tomorrow” highlighted the importance of discipline and good habits.
Students were made aware of the wonderful facilities available in the school, such as the Library, Mathematics Lab, English Lab, Physics Lab, Chemistry Lab, Computer Lab, and other learning facilities for experiential and activity-based learning. The different co-curricular and extra-curricular activities that are organized all through the year were mentioned to motivate them to participate actively.
A complete introduction to sports, games, and creative activities was given. They were made aware of the different ways in which they could participate in athletics, indoor and outdoor games, cultural events, competitions, special assemblies, and various talent-based activities that build their confidence, team spirit, leadership qualities, and creativity.
The House system was introduced with the four houses, namely Krishna, Yamuna, Ganga, and Kaveri. Students were briefed about the importance of teamwork, healthy competition, responsibility, and leadership skills through different inter-house activities and events.
The program concluded with a motivating video that would inspire students to set their goals, work and utilize the different opportunities available in the school. The Orientation Program was very informative, interesting, and would help students start their Class III journey with enthusiasm, confidence, and a positive attitude.
